„Bea Kisszőlősi Sz. was a Participatory Community Development(PCD) Program coordinator between 2001-2004 at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent. She developped and implemented the program by coordinating, mentoring and supporting pcd coordinators in 6 countries in the central and eastern european region.  Bea displayed her ability to engage, motivate and cooperate with colleagues from a range of backgrounds, nationalities and with different levels of prior experience and skills. Kisszőlősi Beával 2010-ben dolgoztunk együtt a belső trénereink fejlesztésén. Az E.ON Hungária belső trénerei közül egy kisebb csapatot abban szerettünk volna fejleszteni, hogy újabb nagycsoportos szervezetfejlesztési módszertant.Kisszőlősi Bea segített minket a World Cafe megismerésében és abban, hogy miként tudjuk ezt változó nagyságú csoportoknál a legjobban alkalmazni. Gyakorlatközpontú fejlesztésünk eredményeként a moderátoraink magabiztosan használják a módszert, információátadásra és akciótervezésre tudjuk használni vállalati belső rendezvényeink során. Beának nem csak azért lehetünk hálásak, mert a módszert hatékonyan és a módszer iránti szeretettel együtt adta át nekünk, hanem később az éles indulás során egy-egy rendezvény előtt arról is egyeztettünk, miként lehet az AI kérdéseivel méginkább pozitív, bevonó technikaként használni a World Cafet.
